IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd offers cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) solution. The services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, with a minimum period as per the agreement between company and clients( here client refers as the company / individual to whom IT4T is providing services)

### 3. **User Accounts**

**Account Creation**:

IT4T provides an account to access the services to client. And client are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

**Account Information**:

Client agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

**Account Security**:

Client are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

### 4. **Subscription and Payment**

– **Subscription Plans**:

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Details of the subscription plans, including pricing depending on the services required to the client

**Payment**:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

**Refunds**:

All payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by “IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd “

**Upgrades/Downgrades**:

Changes to subscription plans will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed. **License and Restrictions**

**License Grant**:

“IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

**Restrictions**:

You agree not to (a) modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the services; (b) decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the services for any unlawful purpose; or (d) resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the services.

### 6. **Data Ownership and Privacy**

**Data Ownership**:

You retain all rights to your data. “IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” does not claim ownership of any data you submit through the services.

**Data Use**:

By using the services, you grant [Company Name] the right to use your data as necessary to provide the services. [Company Name] will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

**Privacy Policy**:

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

### 7. **Service Availability and Support**

**Service Availability**:

“IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance.

**Support**:

“IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” provides support through online ticket system / skype / emails / phone. Support response times are governed by the priority & critical level.

### 8. **Termination**

**Termination by You**:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and client need to clear all the pending invoices.

**Termination by IT4T:

“IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd“ may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

**Effects of Termination**:

Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and all data associated with your account may be deleted depending as per the agreement.

### 9. **Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, “IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

### 10. **Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless “IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd”, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services.

### 11. **Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of “Delhi, India”, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

### 12. **Modifications to Terms**

“IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd” reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available on our website. Your continued use of the services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

### 13. **Miscellaneous**

**Severability**:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by “IT4T Solutions Pvt Ltd”, constitute the entire agreement between Client and “IT4T” concerning the services.
